Software Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Reed. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

• Develop and Document Comprehensive Test Plans

You will be responsible for developing and documenting comprehensive test plans for our software solutions. This will involve working closely with our IT Software Development department to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality.

You will be responsible for authoring and executing test cases using Azure DevOps or similar test execution applications. This will involve working closely with our Product team to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality.

You will be responsible for maintaining regression test suites and performing end-to-end testing prior to every release. This will involve working closely with our IT Software Development department to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality.

You will be responsible for conducting testing and quality assurance of our software solutions. This will involve working closely with our Product team to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality.

• University Degree in Business or Information Technology

You will need to have a university degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent experience in a software testing role.

You will need to have a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will need to have strong foundational knowledge of Manual/QA software testing and a keen interest in quality improvement techniques.

You will need to have at least 2-3 years of experience working within a manual software/QA testing environment.

You will need to have a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, HTTP).

You will need to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You will need to have excellent prioritization skills and the ability to work independently.

You will need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will need to have an understanding of information security practices and GDPR compliance.
