Job Title: Tax Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our finance team at Reed. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's tax compliance, tax planning, and tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Tax Compliance: Ensure the company's tax returns are accurate and compliant with all tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop Tax Strategies: Create and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
  • Manage Tax Audits: Coordinate and manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Provide Tax Guidance: Offer guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters.
  • Monitor Tax Legislation: Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
  • Prepare Tax Provisions: Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.
  • Collaborate with Tax Advisors: Work with external tax advisors and consultants to ensure tax compliance and optimize tax benefits.
  • Maintain Tax Records: Ensure accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
  • Develop Tax Policies: Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must be ACCA or CTA Qualified
  • At least 5+ years of practice experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
