Job Purpose
• Responsible for the installation, testing, and repair of both new and refurbished TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools).
Job Responsibilities
• Execute the installation, testing, and repair of TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools), both new and refurbished.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with Customer Representatives regarding issues related to job installation/testing procedures, equipment, tooling, spare parts requirements, and critical technical data.
• Provide sales support to ensure customers are fully informed about all aspects of the job.
• Ensure all quality issues and documentation related to equipment and procedural defects are communicated back to the Company's Service Management.
• Complete field documentation following the conclusion of each service job.
• Offer project support as needed for new projects, including assistance with Factory Acceptance Tests and Systems Integration Testing.
• Prepare and finalize safety-related documentation, promoting safe work practices.
You are a great fit for this role if you possess:
• A high school diploma or an equivalent technical diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in a field service technician role.
• Intermediate knowledge in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, subsea equipment, hydraulic systems, mechanical tools, and structural steel.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Competence in using technical tools and instruments necessary for the role.
