Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our commercial activities in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our commercial plan, managing a small commercial team, and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercial action plan for the area, aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to ensure supply to key accounts and monitor sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Provide technical support to customers, educate the sales team, and facilitate product deliveries.
  • Manage OPEX and ensure effective people management of the local commercial team.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's degree or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the aquaculture industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
  • Target-focused and result-driven, with a strong drive to continuously enhance relevant knowledge and skills.
