Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - Accounting & Finance

Our esteemed client, a leading player in the industry, is seeking an experienced Senior and Principal Recruitment Consultant to join their successful Accounting & Finance team in London.

About the Role

As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with the divisional Director to establish a clear vision and strategy for the desk, with measurable milestones to track performance. You will motivate others to achieve strategic goals, maintain relationships with existing clients, and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a clear vision and strategy for the desk, aligned with the divisional Director's goals.
  2. Motivate and lead a team of recruitment consultants to achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  4. Contribute to the team's strategic direction, providing market analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Cultivate expertise in the specialized sector and market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 2+ years of prior experience in agency recruitment.
  2. Demonstrated success in business development and team leadership.
  3. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
  5. An entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and under pressure.
