We are seeking a skilled Assembly Fitter / Coach Builder to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting components onto vehicles, utilizing hand and air tools in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assembling and fitting components onto vehicles, including lights, racking, grab rails, and steps
- Utilizing hand and air tools in manufacturing operations, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Measuring and marking out components, using tapes, micrometers, and verniers
- A competitive basic salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, with potential further rises after passing probation
- 39 hours basic with overtime paid at x1.5
- Clean and modern working conditions

- A full-time permanent position with a growing manufacturing business
- Confidence in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills
