About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Fitter / Coach Builder to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting components onto vehicles, utilizing hand and air tools in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembling and fitting components onto vehicles, including lights, racking, grab rails, and steps
  • Utilizing hand and air tools in manufacturing operations, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Measuring and marking out components, using tapes, micrometers, and verniers
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, with potential further rises after passing probation
  • 39 hours basic with overtime paid at x1.5

Requirements
  • Confidence in using hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment
