About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Advisor to join our team at IT Bods Ltd. As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for making calls to warm leads generated through our marketing department to book appointments for Field Sales Advisors to visit and discuss equity release with our clients.

About You:

  • Background working as an Outbound Sales Advisor in a B2C sales environment.
  • A proven track record in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in booking appointments from warm leads for Field Sales Advisors.
  • Ability to contact high volumes of prospects (200-300 per day).
  • Ideal candidate will have 12 months+ experience in a results-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to promote our brand, products, and services.
  • Customer-focused self-starter with attention to detail and a professional attitude.
  • Ability to enhance customer experience through excellent quality and compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
