Design Assurance Manager – Mobile Telecoms

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Design Assurance Manager to drive digital transformation and design innovation in our Engineering team. As a key player, you'll bridge the gap between our Design Team and IT & Digital departments, spearheading initiatives that integrate Power Apps, AI tools, and more to revolutionize our design processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Transformation: Collaborate with our Design Team and IT & Digital departments to develop and implement cutting-edge digital initiatives.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Work with our BI department to create insightful Power BI reports that inform key decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Innovate Design Processes: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking new technologies and methodologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships across departments to ensure alignment and buy-in for new digital strategies.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Leverage data to propose solutions that maximize Right-First-Time design outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong telecoms industry knowledge: Experience in telecoms infrastructure site design and analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze data to drive actionable insights.
  • Education: HND or higher in M&E Engineering, Electronic, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, CAD, Product Development, or a similar field.
Desired Qualifications
  • Digital Transformation Experience: Experience in digital transformation projects.
