About the Role

We are seeking a volunteer to join our team in one of our charity shops throughout Kent and Sussex. As a Retail Sales Assistant Volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping us raise funds to provide care for patients with a terminal illness and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Gift Aid and our Hospice Card to customers
  • Deal with customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Help maintain a well-stocked shop and assist with administration tasks
  • Process sales and handle customer payments

What We Offer
