Our client, a Local Authority, is seeking a dedicated Environmental Health Officer to work remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and environmental regulations, investigating complaints, and conducting inspections and audits.

  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations
  • Investigate environmental health complaints and take appropriate action
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and provide advice and guidance on environmental health issues
  • Hold a degree in Environmental Health or a related field and certification as an Environmental Health Practitioner (EHP)
  • Have experience in environmental health enforcement
