The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and business-minded individual to lead our Quantity Surveying team. As a Director of Quantity Surveying, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our quantity surveying strategy, managing and mentoring a team of quantity surveyors, and working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quantity surveying strategy to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Manage and mentor a team of quantity surveyors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality projects
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored quantity surveying services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a UK-based property or construction consultancy
  • Strong business development skills and experience of working with clients to deliver high-quality projects
  • MRICS or MCIOB qualification
  • Experience of JCT Contract Administration
  • Experience in one of our listed sectors (ideally)
