Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Safety Inspector to join our team at Genius Recruit Ltd. As an Automotive Safety Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Vehicle Inspections: Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any defects or issues that may affect their safety or compliance.
  • Inspect Vehicle Systems: Inspect vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, and steering, to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Report Repairs: Identify and report any necessary repairs or maintenance needed to keep vehicles in top condition.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all inspections conducted, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining inspection results and answering any questions from clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Safety Inspector is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems.
  • Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or defects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driving license and Automotive Safety Inspector certification are essential.
