Import Logistics Executive

We are seeking an experienced Import Logistics Executive to join our team at Noble Recruiting Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the import logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Raise internal files and invoices, and pass supplier invoices for approval to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Monitor vessel arrivals and arrange collections and deliveries to meet customer deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing our customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least two years working in import freight, with expertise in Air, Sea, and Road operations.
  • Experience with CNS and Destin8 forwarding software, ensuring efficient logistics operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent maths and English skills, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
