Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of strategic operational changes and initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts to support business operations and promote alignment between operations and the bank's objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and effectively communicate the strategies to stakeholders.
