Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement project strategies to align with company objectives, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and control.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate project teams, including direct employees, consultants, and supply chain partners, to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Quality Management: Implement strategies to deliver quality projects meeting project specifications, ensuring compliance with required standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Effectively manage client expectations, maintain professional and positive client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Project Delivery and Communication: Develop and implement project delivery programs, ensuring clear and effective team communication to meet deadlines.
- Monitoring, Reporting, and Corrective Actions: Regularly track project progress, report on performance, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
- Operational and Budget Management: Oversee operational aspects to meet budgetary requirements, identify and manage potential risks and opportunities.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
- Ability to manage costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
- Efficient use of staff and resources.
- Accurate interpretation of contract documents, programs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Understanding and appropriately sharing build programs.
- Ability to manage teams, including supply chain, direct employees, and consultants.
- Possession of an appropriate CSCS card.
- This role involves a mix of office-based work and on-site presence.
