Building Surveyor Opportunity

£50k per annum + Company Car, Bonus & Healthcare

Location: Southwest England

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at RHL Construction and Property in Southwest England. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for a diverse workload, including surveys, project monitoring, schedules of condition, and planned maintenance surveys. You will work with a wide variety of clients, from private individuals to regional and national organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys and project monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Prepare schedules of condition and planned maintenance surveys to identify potential issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Building Surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of building surveying principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
