Job Summary:

Staffline Driving is seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Night Shift Driver to join our team in Halifax, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our trucking operations team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) and performing long-distance double-manned routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles for trunking operations, delivering goods to RDCs and performing long-distance double-manned routes.
  • Work a 12-hour shift pattern, with 4 nights per week and 3 days of RDC work and 1 day of yard shunting/site.
  • Meet the required standards for HGV experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Hold a valid Digi card and DCPC, with no more than 6 points on your license.

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rates, with £18.50 per hour for weeknights and £22.00 per hour for Sundays.
  • Regular ongoing work and potential opportunities for temporary to permanent positions.
