Role Responsibilities
As a key member of the management team, you will report directly to the Store Manager.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full responsibility for store operations.

Your involvement will span all aspects of store management, including recruitment, inventory management, and maintaining store standards.

With the support of your Store Manager, you will ensure your team excels in sales and meets performance metrics.

You will lead by example, adopting a hands-on approach to inspire your team, foster a fun work environment, and create an exceptional shopping experience.

We will equip you with the necessary training, skills, and knowledge to deliver customer service that aligns with our vision of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'.

Team Dynamics
Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in the retail sector with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate a busy retail environment, including shifts across 7 days a week.
  • A genuine passion for retail, demonstrated by a history of achieving high standards and excellent results.
  • Strong team player with outstanding communication skills to engage and motivate your team.
  • Prepared to undergo 6 months of comprehensive training covering essential aspects of the role, including pet handling, customer service, and health and safety protocols.
