Key Responsibilities- Triage and treat patients, making referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Provide preventative health care advice and adhere to the practice prescribing formulary.
- Participate in the audit process, evaluating and implementing plans to improve patient care.
- Contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Medical Degree
- MRCGP
- Full GMC Registration and inclusion on the performers list

We have a supportive and collaborative team environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join our team.
We use System One and Accurx, and our patient base is 10,200 patients across two sites. We have an excellent working environment, with ample onsite parking and a low home visit request rate.
We work collaboratively with our PCN, Health Vision Partnership, and you will be expected to contribute to extended hours on a rota basis.
