The Role

As an Electronics Control Systems Trainer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering lesson plans and training sessions in accordance with approved training standards.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to trainees to support their learning experience.
  • Ensuring trainee development through monitoring, feedback, and appraisal.
  • Assessing trainees through written examinations and practical assessments.
  • Marking examination papers.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must be qualified academically or vocationally to a minimum of Level 3 in a relevant subject matter.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC security clearance for this role.
