We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Change Implementation Lead to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our Global Purchasing function, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth plans and accelerating the delivery of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to ensure seamless transition and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful international organizational change programs, leveraging your expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, colleagues, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Product team to review and analyze the performance of introduced changes, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for future projects.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to adopt new processes and technologies.
  • Coordinate post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering successful international organizational change programs.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) desired.
  • Excellent relationship and networking skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, including Board-level executives.
  • Authentic, credible leadership skills, with a passion for driving improvements in our business and establishing strong relationships.
  • Pragmatic and organized, with the ability to adapt to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong team player with the ability to challenge, provide leadership, and effectively coach others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills, with acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Power Automate, Viso, and Miro.
  • Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
