Job Title: Care Team LeaderWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our Supported Living team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the unique needs of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of care services, ensuring that service user needs are met and managed in the absence of the Manager.
- Be responsible for the care, welfare, and safety of service users and the health and safety of staff.
- Coordinate the service and participate in reviews, reassessing person-centred support plans to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with individual needs.
- Undertake regular supervisions with staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
- Act as a skills coach for staff, chairing regular team meetings to promote collaboration and best practice.
- Participate in the recruitment of staff within an equal opportunities framework, ensuring that our team reflects the diversity of our service users.
- Health and Social Care Level 3 Qualification
