About the Role:

As a CBRE Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, which provides support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
  • Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems and exchange information in a clear, concise manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within Facilities Management or PPM/Reactive Maintenance.
  • Electrical qualification, such as Level 3 or 17th/18th Edition.
  • UK Driving Licence essential due to the mobile nature of the role, traveling to various sites in the region.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
