Job Title: Associate (Financial Services Law)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our EMEA Energy, Power, Renewables & Mining (EPRM) team in the Corporate & Investment Bank. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a strategic dialogue with key clients and executing M&A and capital markets transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support origination efforts by preparing marketing pitches, presentations, and analysis to win new mandates.
  2. Define, guide, and review detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analyses.
  3. Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to analysts.
Requirements:
  1. Multiple years of prior experience in Investment Banking.
  2. Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  3. Excellent technology skills with deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  4. Highly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task, and manage projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in the broader Energy, Power, Renewables, and Mining space.
  2. Additional European language skills.
