Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team at Opogo. As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of our KS1 pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to KS1 pupils, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum, share best practices, and support the development of a cohesive and effective teaching team.
- Parent and Guardian Engagement: Engage with parents and guardians to support student development, communicate progress, and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience: Experience working with KS1 pupils, with a strong understanding of curriculum requirements and instructional strategies.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
