About the Role

Safran Landing Systems is a world leader in aircraft landing and braking systems, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our HR team as an HR Support Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of day-to-day tasks across the entire employee journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Business Partner team in delivering HR services to employees
  • Maintain and use HR systems to keep accurate records
  • Contribute to the development of HR initiatives and projects
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to achieve business objectives
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 'A' Levels in a relevant discipline
  • A keen interest in HR and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
