Head of Early Years Foundation Stage

Laxton Junior School is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision. As Head of EYFS, you will be responsible for shaping the educational experience of our youngest learners, fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, and discovery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the EYFS team, promoting professional growth and development
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum approaches, ensuring academic rigor and imaginative exploration
- Collaborate with colleagues to create vibrant and stimulating learning environments, both indoors and outdoors
- Forge strong partnerships with parents, ensuring seamless communication and contributing to marketing and admissions strategy
- Represent the school's EYFS provision, showcasing the exceptional education we offer
