Job Summary:

Rendall & Rittner Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Estate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our estate, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, health and safety, staff management, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front of house duties, responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Rendall and Rittner Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health and Safety policies.
  • Undertake first responder training to handle minor emergencies, including swimming pool water testing.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance and report any issues.
  • Manage contractors on site, ensuring all documentation is properly checked and logged.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure quality and value.
  • Empty bins every morning and ensure waste is managed appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
