The Role:
We are in search of a skilled and energetic Operations Supervisor to enhance our management team.
Your role will be vital in assisting the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and General Manager (GM) with the daily operations of our vibrant venue.
This position is ideal for a manager with a strong background in beverage service who is committed to providing exceptional customer experiences and fostering the success of a lively, social atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the AGM and GM in managing daily operations to ensure seamless venue functionality.
Inspire, lead, and oversee a team of staff to provide outstanding service.
Uphold high standards of food and beverage service, emphasizing our premium culinary offerings.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and licensing regulations.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring precise documentation and ordering.
Develop and implement promotional initiatives and events to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the venue to the highest standards.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a management role within a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
