Our client, a prominent provider of building services, is seeking a dedicated individual to become part of their team on an initial contract basis with the potential for permanent employment.

This role requires immediate availability and is office-based. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the sales process and preparing quotations
  • Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries
  • Overseeing and replenishing office supplies
  • Coordinating and managing engineer schedules
  • Processing purchase orders efficiently
  • Generating and analyzing daily reports
  • Ordering and scheduling parts delivery

Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of fostering relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
  • Understanding of order processing, quotation generation, and diary management
  • Availability to start immediately or with minimal notice
