We are currently recruiting for a Property Cleaner to join our team in the Stanmore area, HA7. This part-time role offers a great opportunity to work Monday to Friday, leaving your weekends free.

Key Responsibilities
• General cleaning of accommodation
• Ensure all designated areas are cleaned
• Rubbish disposal
• Cleaning washrooms and kitchen areas, including mopping, hoovering, and dusting
• Mopping, sweeping, deep polishing, and vacuuming
• Work effectively without supervision
• Clean designated areas and areas notified at short notice
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
• Ensure equipment is stored safely and in full working order
• Meet deadlines for completion of work
• Ensure client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly
• Perform other duties required to complete team tasks
• Use correct PPE at all times and follow Company Health and Safety guidelines

Requirements
• Excellent team player
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment
• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Flexible approach to duties with a can-do attitude
• Ability to manage workload effectively
• DBS checks required
