In this position, you will be part of a prominent challenger bank that is committed to fostering trustworthy relationships with its clientele while emphasizing professional growth for all team members. You will join a dedicated team of five within a broader Compliance division comprising approximately 50 professionals.
This opportunity could mark the beginning of a rewarding career journey with the bank.
Your responsibilities will include conducting thematic and in-depth reviews throughout the organization and across the complete customer experience as outlined in the annual Compliance Assurance Plan. You will leverage your investigative abilities to pinpoint and assess the implications of any Compliance and Conduct violations, effectively communicating your insights to diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Compliance Monitoring or Assurance capacity within the second line of Compliance operations in a Financial Services organization, including the execution of thematic reviews. A solid understanding of FCA regulatory standards, such as MCOB, BCOBS, SYSC, PRIN, and COCON, is essential.
