Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of preventative and reactive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
  • Work closely with the Health and Safety department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production teams, quality assurance, and supply chain partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in machine maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude, with a background in maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
