About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Lead to join our team at VANRATH, working exclusively in partnership with the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR). As a Data Processing Lead, you will play a critical role in managing the input and indexing of documentation generated and received during ICRIR investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the input and indexing of documentation on the ICRIR Case Management System
  • Raise actions in line with established procedure and maintain oversight of multiple investigations
  • Ensure all documentation has been processed correctly and maintain accurate records across all indexes
  • Ensure the system is searchable for all users and investigative links are created
  • Bring areas of concern regarding progress, priorities, and standards to the attention of the Senior Investigative Office, Major Incident Room Office Manager, and Team Supervisors
Requirements
  • Skilled in the use of relevant specialist IT packages, such as HOLMES/CLUE systems and databases
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of local and national guidance and legislation relating to the role
  • Adherence to all legal frameworks, key working principles, policies, and guidance relevant to the role
