We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Replenishment Assistant to join our Inventory Management Team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Inventory Management Team to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of clinical consumables.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams and suppliers to ensure maximum stock availability.
- Analyze and investigate stock discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management systems and replenishment routines.
- Conduct regular inventory stock checks and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in replenishment or inventory management.
- Level 3 qualification in Supply Chain and Operations or relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
