Initial Placement at Whitcliffe Mount

Our trust is committed to overcoming disadvantage and fostering an inclusive environment. We are seeking a dedicated professional to develop and implement strategies for behaviour, inclusion, and safeguarding across the trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing these initiatives, initially based at Whitcliffe Mount, for at least two terms. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and contribute to the trust's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behaviour, inclusion, and safeguarding strategies
• Oversee initiatives at Whitcliffe Mount and potentially other trust sites
• Collaborate with trust teams to drive positive change
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive inclusion offer

Requirements:

• Proven experience in behaviour, inclusion, and safeguarding
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective strategies
• Passion for creating an inclusive environment
