We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our Data Innovation Team, focusing on leading innovative, data-driven projects. In this role, you will develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) from strategic business ideas and help test, refine, and deploy data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy data solutions that align with strategic business goals and demonstrate the value of new technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine early-stage ideas and solve technical challenges.
  • Present prototypes and POCs to business stakeholders, fostering engagement and understanding.
  • Apply cutting-edge tools and methodologies to improve business capabilities and drive innovation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful Proof of Concepts that bridge business needs and technical solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for developing data-driven applications.
  • Hands-on experience with building and integrating APIs.
  • Knowledge of Azure (or similar cloud platforms); familiarity with containerized applications is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and translate business processes into technical needs, and deliver solutions that enhance operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in digital consulting or working on digital transformation projects is highly valued.
  • Broad technical interest and ability to explore diverse technologies and develop solutions that enhance business innovation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business leaders, challenge existing processes, and foster buy-in for new ideas.
