Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR transactional services, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Support the UK HR Manager in the coordination of recruitment activity, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Process monthly employee payroll changes and track employee data.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR Administrator based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, and provide cover for same in periods of absence.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of HR Management systems.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Clear understanding of HR policies and working knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience of providing support and guidance to managers across a range of HR policies and procedures.
  • Certificate in HR practice.
