Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects with an emphasis on Governance (compliance and reporting).
- Manage project resources including personnel and finances.
- Facilitate the planning of tasks/projects.
- Administer work as outlined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
- Guide, support, and implement changes against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities, taking necessary actions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Construction Management and Site Management.
- Supervise construction activities effectively.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with operational requirements, timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a local team to achieve both team and individual goals.
- Uphold high standards in Environment, Safety, Health, Security, and Quality while being a collaborative team member.
- Act as the Project Manager representing the client, coordinating design and construction efforts.
- Experience with CDM regulations.
