Eligibility for GIS: Yes (Guaranteed Interview Scheme)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects with an emphasis on Governance (compliance and reporting).
  • Manage project resources including personnel and finances.
  • Facilitate the planning of tasks/projects.
  • Administer work as outlined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
  • Guide, support, and implement changes against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities, taking necessary actions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Construction Management and Site Management.
  • Supervise construction activities effectively.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with operational requirements, timelines, costs, and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a local team to achieve both team and individual goals.
  • Uphold high standards in Environment, Safety, Health, Security, and Quality while being a collaborative team member.
  • Act as the Project Manager representing the client, coordinating design and construction efforts.
  • Experience with CDM regulations.
