As an integral member of the senior management team, you will report directly to the HR Director and work closely within the global HR framework.

Your responsibilities will include enhancing workforce capabilities, managing talent, and developing strategies that align with corporate goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **HR Partnership:** Deliver a proactive HR partnering service to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.

* **Employee Engagement:** Cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere by engaging with employees at all levels.

* **Workforce Planning:** Collaborate with departmental leaders to assess capability needs and succession planning.

* **Recruitment:** Support the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to selecting candidates.

* **Employee Relations:** Address complex employee relations matters through to resolution.

* **Change Management:** Facilitate discussions regarding organizational change and transformation.

* **Performance Management:** Oversee annual performance evaluations and guide performance enhancement initiatives.

* **Learning and Development:** Identify training needs and support future training and apprenticeship initiatives.

Prepare and present weekly HR reports, including findings and recommendations to management.

* **Legal Compliance:** Remain informed on labor laws and regulations to ensure adherence to HR practices.

Provide HR operational KPIs, analyze trends, and metrics.

Manage HR Coordinator(s) and foster their professional development.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

* Generalist HR experience with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.

* Several years of HR Business Partner experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

* Proficient in HR/Payroll systems and IT literate.
