Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant/Valuer to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial. The successful candidate will be based in our Burnham-on-Sea office and will cover both Burnham-on-Sea and Weston super Mare.

Key Duties:

  • Generate new business through proactive registration of applicants, follow-up on incoming leads, and canvassing activities.
  • Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations.
  • Manage and maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide feedback.
  • Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Assist in the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other agents.

Requirements:

We are looking for a driven and passionate individual with a strong drive to succeed, a passion for property, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have business acumen, the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities, and proficiency in IT and new technologies. A good understanding of social media platforms is advantageous.

What We Offer:

Pertemps Bristol Commercial offers a competitive salary, ranging from £27,000 to £30,000, with an OTE of £32,000 to £35,000, plus various incentives and commissions. Mileage is paid, and we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
