Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our IT Service Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our campus network infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with architects and technical leads to design and implement campus network infrastructure solutions
* Provide expertise in Cisco SD-Access and Cisco wireless technologies to ensure robust and scalable network solutions
* Act as a subject matter expert on SASE technologies, including Palo Alto Prisma Access and Netskope NewEdge
* Work with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition of campus networks into operational support
* Develop and enforce network policies and procedures, aligning with industry best practices and compliance requirements
* Perform regular upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to maintain optimal performance and seamless connectivity

**Requirements**

* Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices at a low level, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points
* Knowledge of network protocols such as Ethernet, TCP, and IP, VLANs, and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
* Experience and understanding of the delivery of IT Service design, implementation, and management
* Experience of working with third-party suppliers of products and services, in conjunction with in-house teams to provide integrated and seamless delivery of technical solutions
* Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools to diagnose and resolve network issues
* Knowledge of network security principles, including access control lists, firewall policies, and VPN configurations
* Experience in working with low-level network protocols and technologies, such as DHCP, DNS, NAT, and IP addressing
* Ability to perform basic network device configurations, including firmware upgrades, port configurations, and VLAN assignments
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve network issues
