About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team in Horsham. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our electrical cable and wire harness production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of electrical cables and wire harnesses to identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Utilize automated test equipment to perform detailed inspections and verify product quality.
  • Use calibration tools to measure cables and ensure they meet specified parameters.
  • Identify faults and patterns that may arise in production and report them to the relevant teams for corrective action.
  • Read and understand engineers' technical drawings and blueprints to ensure products are built to design specifications.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in quality control is essential.
  • Calibration and inspection experience is required.
  • Soldering skills, preferably IPC60 certified.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer
  • Permanent, full-time role.
  • Competitive salary up to £32,000pa DOE.
  • Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm, Fridays 1.30pm finish.
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Free onsite parking.
