About the Role

Lighthouse Games is a pioneering AAA studio that embodies a culture of excellence and innovation. As a Senior Vehicle Production Artist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the quality of content created by our Outsource Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and ensure that the work of our Partners meets our Quality Bar
  • Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with the leadership of the vehicle art discipline to execute on the artistic vision
  • Support the quality and consistency of internal and external teams
  • Self-manage personal deliverables to meet defined objectives, quality bar, and schedule
  • Lead and mentor a team of vehicle production artists, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and performance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the vehicle production pipeline and best practices
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in creating high-quality, high-resolution 3D vehicles
  • Strong experience in creating Physically Based Rendering assets
  • Proficiency with texture authoring tools such as Photoshop and Substance
  • Excellent understanding of the mechanical composition of vehicles
  • Well-practiced in precision modeling techniques
  • Extensive experience with 3D modeling tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, or equivalent
  • In-depth understanding of automotive design principles such as ergonomics
  • Organized and disciplined
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • A collaborative approach
  • Professional demeanor
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Substance Suite
  • Familiarity with Autodesk: Maya 2023, 3ds Max
  • Experience with game engines: Bespoke, Common
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence
  • Experience with CAD Data Processing
