Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Aviation Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role with a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, offering some flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the aviation industry, including airlines, maintenance organizations, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote JMC Aviation's solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales, preferably within the aviation or software sectors.
- Strong technical foundation with the capability to comprehend and articulate complex software solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
- Understanding of market dynamics and research methodologies to support sales initiatives.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Knowledge of aviation software is highly desirable.
