Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Taunton branch, where you'll develop and grow a dual desk supplying staffing solutions to clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector. Our beautiful offices are situated centrally in Taunton, and you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract top talent.
  • Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available, and potential future talent pipeline.
  • Implement and execute basic sales plans to increase productivity and sales activity.
  • Continually increase sales revenue, margins, and profit while ensuring exceptional client service levels.
