Phoenix Solutions & Consulting are working directly with a renowned precision vacuum chamber's business based in the UK.


We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a business with a rich history dating back to the 1960s, serving leading vacuum equipment suppliers and receiving numerous recognitions, including the Virgin Fastrack 100 and Sussex Business awards.


The Role:

We are looking for:

VMC Engineer

  • Design and program CNC milling machines
  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines with precision
  • Conduct quality control checks using measuring equipment

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing
  • Extensive knowledge of tooling, inspection techniques, and machine shop best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings, familiarity with Siemens control systems is a plus
Full-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly rate of £18.50.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available

Work Location:
In person at our UK-based facility.
