About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at B&ce Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our physical, virtual, and cloud-based IT systems to ensure seamless IT services for our internal customers and group activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our cloud and on-premise systems, IT hardware, software, telecommunications, and networking capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Assist the IT Infrastructure Manager in delivering, maintaining, and standardizing our IT systems.
  • Provide 3rd-level infrastructure and system support within an ITIL framework.
  • Ensure the security of our network, Veeam backups, SCCM, Microsoft OS, and Apps.
  • Deliver IT systems within a dynamic and fast-moving business environment.
  • Automate tasks, processes, and deployments using Azure.
  • Support business applications within a corporate environment.
  • Work within SLAs and provide relevant reporting on KPIs.
