Key Responsibilities

The Distribution Manager will be tasked with:

Executing the Logistics strategy and achieving set KPI targets Leading and nurturing the Logistics team to drive value and results for the Mortar division Managing projects, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives with precise planning and organization, including the introduction of innovative working methods Conducting FORS audits, onboarding hauliers, and performing vehicle inspections. Additionally, you will facilitate safety meetings and track haulier safety performance Overseeing the logistics and distribution of all Mortar Products Assisting in the effective application of policies and procedures related to regulatory compliance and safety standards Implementing new policies or adjusting existing processes to reduce costs, enhance accuracy, improve customer service and safety, and fulfill product distribution requirements Supporting the logistics team in ensuring compliance of company vehicles and drivers (including tachographs, maintenance, record keeping, and driver training)

Ideal Candidate Profile

The perfect candidate for the Distribution Manager position will possess experience in a comparable role, along with:
