About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Solar & BESS Project Director to join our team at ersg Ltd. As a key member of our renewable energy team, you will be responsible for leading projects across two solar sites in Yorkshire and Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage solar and BESS projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in solar and/or BESS project management in the UK
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar and BESS systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
What We Offer:
  • A competitive daily rate of £800
  • A 6-month renewable contract
